Aims and Scope
Main Group Chemistry is intended to be a primary resource for all chemistry, engineering biological, and materials researchers in both academia and in industry with an interest in the elements from the groups 1, 2, 12 - 18. The journal is committed to maintaining a high standard for its publications. This will be ensured by the distinguished editorial board who will frequently act as reviewers for submitted manuscripts. Additionally, all manuscripts will be proofread and corrected by a dedicated copy editor located at the University of Kentucky.

The journal will publish rapid, short, communications, full, detailed articles, and shorter, less developed notes. Periodically, the editors will solicit reviews on the latest main group developments. In particular, we would like to eventually publish reviews covering every column of the main group elements, and some that are focused on single elements. In this manner, it is hoped that the beauty and breadth of main group chemistry is advertised and showcased.

All published research articles in Main Group Chemistry have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized
